Payments are held securely until your gear is delivered and confirmed. Funds are released once delivery is verified or after a short review window, ensuring both sides are protected throughout the transaction.

Items must arrive as described. Misrepresentation, product swapping, or abuse of the system isn't tolerated. If something's off, Peddlr steps in with a real human review to resolve the issue fairly.

New sellers go through a short review period, with funds held until delivery to ensure safe transactions. After a small number of successful sales, accounts may qualify for faster payouts, with funds released earlier based on account history, performance, and risk signals.

For trades, both sides receive prepaid shipping labels and funds are held until each party confirms completion. This keeps trades balanced, secure, and accountable.

Sellers are expected to ship within 3 business days and provide accurate tracking. Delays or failure to ship may result in order cancellation or account action.

Through EasyPost, buyers and sellers can add shipping insurance for additional protection against loss or damage in transit.

If an item is significantly different from its description, Peddlr may require the seller to cover return shipping and may apply a misrepresentation fee. All claims are reviewed based on submitted evidence.

We ask buyers and sellers to work through Peddlr first before escalating disputes. Our team reviews issues directly to reach a fair outcome based on facts, tracking, and communication.

Fraudulent activity or abuse of the platform may result in fees, account restrictions, or permanent removal.
