  • First, you’ll need to create a free Peddlr account. Just click the “Sell Your Gear” tab at the top of the page to get started. Whether you’re selling or trading, it’s all secure—Stripe handles the payments, so your transactions are protected from start to finish.
  • Great photos help your gear sell faster. Upload clear, well-lit images that show the front, back, and sides of the pedal. Close-ups of any wear & tear, blemishes, dings, mods, or serial numbers are a plus. Try to avoid dark, blurry, or cluttered shots. Clean and honest, for the win!
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Buyers can pay with credit, debit, or ACH (coming soon), and funds are held safely until the item ships or a trade is completed by both parties. Once everything checks out, sellers get paid fast—you choose your payout schedule. Want it daily? Weekly? Monthly? It’s up to you. Fewer payouts mean lower processing fees, so spacing them out can help you save a little extra.
    Note: If you’re a first-time seller, your first few payouts may be held until delivery is confirmed—just a quick safety step to protect buyers and build trust on the platform.
  • Peddlr uses Peddlr Post to handle shipping. When an item sells or a trade is confirmed, the seller receives a pre-paid shipping label—sent straight to their email and ready to print. No need to calculate rates or stand in line.
    The buyer covers the cost of shipping at checkout, so there are no extra steps for the seller. Sellers are expected to ship within 3 business days and tracking will be provided to all parties. Both parties can track the shipment right from their Peddlr account.
  • For trades, Peddlr Post takes care of both shipping labels. Once both users confirm the trade, each party receives a pre-paid label via email—no guesswork, no back-and-forth. Labels are ready to print and trackable through your Peddlr account.
    Both users are expected to ship within 3 business days. Funds are held until both sides confirm the gear has arrived as described, making trades safe, fair, and secure. Peddlr provides tracking to all parties.
  • If a seller ships something other than what was listed—wrong item, inaccurate condition, missing parts—they may be charged a fair misrepresentation fee, and will also be responsible for return shipping. Peddlr will evaluate the situation and assist with the return process to make things right. Sellers are expected to list honestly and ship exactly what was described.
  • Every transaction on Peddlr is processed through Stripe, one of the most trusted and secure payment platforms in the world. Payments are encrypted end-to-end and held in escrow until the order ships or a trade is completed by both parties.
    Stripe also uses advanced fraud detection tools to monitor suspicious activity, and Peddlr adds an extra layer of protection by holding funds for first-time sellers until delivery is confirmed. Whether you’re buying, selling, or trading—your money is never just floating in space. It’s protected until the gear is where it should be.
  • If a pedal arrives and it’s not as described—wrong item, missing parts, or not in the stated condition—Peddlr has your back. We’ll step in to review the situation. If the issue checks out, the seller may reimburse the buyer for an agreed upon amount or be charged a fair misrepresentation fee and will cover return shipping.
    Make sure to document the issue with photos/videos and report it within a reasonable timeframe so we can resolve it quickly and fairly.
