Whateverb V2
Adventure AudioProduct Description
What sets the Whateverb V1 apart from the V2?
The V2 features an Expression Jack for the Warp knob, offers a broader range for the warp effect, operates at 100% wet with True Bypass, and boasts stronger IN & OUT jacks.
While Blend and Decay knobs are typical for reverb pedals, the Warp knob stands out. It alters the sample rate of the ADAC chip within the pedal.
So, what is sample rate, and what is an ADAC? The sample rate refers to the speed at which samples are captured and processed. Altering the sample rate can lead to some interesting effects, such as shifts in pitch and decay times. ADAC means Analog to Digital to Analog Converter, which is the essential chip responsible for the digital conversion of your signal.
Now, what about the other knobs? The top two knobs adjust based on the toggle position, switching among three unique settings:
1. Shimmer Reverb featuring dissonance and volume adjustments
2. Room Hall Reverb with high and low frequency filtering
3. Chorus/Flange Reverb that includes depth and rate modulation controls
