Ultrem Optical Tremolo

The Guyatone Ultrem Optical Tremolo is a versatile effect pedal that leverages optical circuitry inspired by classic amplifier tremolo designs. It offers a range of tremolo and volume effects, including oscillator-controlled tremolo and manually-controlled volume, providing musicians with extensive tonal options. With features such as tap tempo, a front-mounted speed control, and dual outputs for amp panning or blending, the Ultrem allows for precise manipulation of the tremolo effect. The pedal includes Depth and Saturation controls, enabling fine-tuning of the effect's intensity and character, while also serving as an overdrive when the oscillator is turned off. The Ultrem is equipped with a proprietary CPU for easy access to six effect modes, each with sub-modes accessible via the control footswitch. Additionally, it offers six selectable waveforms and an “auto-start” function that activates the tremolo effect based on input signal, ensuring seamless integration with your playing style.
