Ultraphonix HRM

The Ultra-Phonix HRM is an overdrive pedal designed to emulate the sought-after Dumble™ HRM tone that contributed to the success of the Overdrive Special Amplifier. This model features a unique British voicing, thanks to its EL-34 power amp tubes, which distinguishes it from the more common 6L6 tube setups in the ODS amplifiers. Musically, the HRM delivers a rich overdrive with a smooth character, allowing for a wide range of gain settings. The "Master" control sets the overall output, while the "Volume" adjusts the preamp's gain level. The "Accent" control enhances presence and saturation, and the "Ratio" blends clean and distorted signals. Additionally, the "Tone" knob targets specific upper-mid frequencies, providing further tonal shaping options.
