The pedal features a three-position switch that selects between different amp models, each offering distinct gain levels and bottom-end saturation. The sound is shaped by a bipolar silicon transistor preamp, supplemented by additional distortion from J201 field effect transistors. This design is inspired by requests for a pedal akin to the Lovepedal Les Lius, drawing from the core elements of a '70s Electra Distortion circuit.
