The TUX Compressor is a dynamic sound modification pedal designed for both guitar and bass. Its passive optical system maintains the integrity of your original tone while ensuring a nearly silent operation. For bass, the pedal delivers a clear sound with impressive dynamics and a pronounced punch. In contrast, the guitar mode offers gentle, saturated compression reminiscent of tube amplifiers, enhancing sustain and supporting your instrument's character. The TUX features an internal voltage converter that boosts the power supply to 24V, optimizing performance and headroom while mitigating issues with active electronics. It is compatible with standard power supplies ranging from 9V to 12V.
