The THICKEN by Eastwood is a versatile multi-effect pedal that combines two selectable multi-tap delay modes with an independent chorus effect. This configuration allows for three distinct delay lines, offering players a range of creative possibilities. Musically, the THICKEN produces rich, textured delays that can be tailored to your needs. The Spread control determines the delay times, with increasing values resulting in exponentially wider delays. The pedal also features a Preamp control, enhancing the overall thickness of the sound, making it a valuable tool for serious musicians. The pedal includes two modes for SPREAD time: Exponential and Random, which can be selected by holding down the switch during power-up. In Random mode, the SPREAD control adjusts the transition between smooth and aggressive delay timings.
