State Variable Filter

The State Variable Filter draws its inspiration from the Alembic SF-2 Super Filter. This pedal offers a distinctive approach to tone shaping, enabling the creation of dynamic EQ curves that are typically unattainable with a conventional equalizer. The SVF functions by applying a filter to your signal, allowing you to blend the filtered and unfiltered signals. The filtered output utilizes a state variable filter design, where you can choose between low pass, band pass, or high pass options. The Frequency knob lets you set the central frequency for the filters, while the resonance knob enhances the knee of the low and high pass filters, transforming the band pass into either a cut or boost effect.
