The Spirit Fuzz combines elements from the initial California versions of the plug-in fuzz utilized by Randy California of Spirit, as well as Big Brother & The Holding Company and ZZ TOP, potentially featuring in the track 'Spirit in the Sky.' This handcrafted pedal version offers reduced hiss and enhanced low-end response, along with contemporary features such as a filtered and safeguarded 9V DC input and true bypass. It includes just two knobs for Volume and Attack, allowing a range from clean tones to a buzzy fuzz, with some fuzzy overdrive in the middle. Additionally, it responds well to adjustments from the guitar's volume.
