Smart Multibox

The Smart Multibox by MIDI Solutions is a versatile MIDI interface designed for advanced MIDI routing and processing. Featuring 2 MIDI inputs, 4 MIDI outputs, and a USB-C port, this device utilizes a powerful CPU to manage incoming MIDI messages efficiently. Musically, the Smart Multibox offers three operational modes: Merge/Thru, where it functions as a MIDI merge and thru box; USB MIDI, enabling it to serve as a USB to MIDI interface for seamless integration with your computer; and Script Mode, which allows for complex routing and translation of MIDI messages using scripts written in MicroPython. Additionally, the device includes a TRS input for an expression pedal or external switch, along with bidirectional MIDI capabilities and phantom power support for compatible devices at Input 1/Output 1.
