The SELXL is a versatile foot-switchable device designed for in-ear monitor users, enabling them to mute their microphone signal sent to the front of house PA system. This allows for private communication with band members or the monitor engineer through a secondary output, making it useful in various performance settings. Musically, the SELXL provides a straightforward solution for temporarily muting or switching mic signals, ensuring clear communication without interference. The footswitch operates silently and can be configured for momentary or alternate action using internal mode selection dipswitches, accommodating different user preferences. The pedal is compatible with both dynamic and condenser microphones and operates on a 9V battery or a 24VAC power supply, which is included.
