The Death By Audio Robot is an 8-bit pitch transposer that delivers a low-fidelity, synthetic sound. This pedal transforms your input into a blend of resynthesized tones, producing a range of robotic and lo-fi effects. Musically, it offers bendable fuzz, octave up and down options, and arpeggiation, allowing for a diverse array of textures. The large Control knob governs the frequency of the chip, which alters the pitch shifting and aliasing characteristics. Turning the knob fully clockwise reaches the highest pitch, while counterclockwise adjustments lower the pitch and slow down the arpeggiator.
