Red Rooster Booster

The Red Rooster Booster delivers approximately 33dB of unbuffered, guitar-friendly boost to your signal, comparable to incorporating a preamp tube stage into your amplifier. The RRB is designed to enhance gain in the upper midrange, essential for guitars to stand out in a mix, while also providing presence to prevent the tone from becoming muddy. This pedal was a personal favorite of Ken Fisher, who even created a Trainwreck amplifier specifically tailored for it (the Songwriter, which Brad Paisley uses for both recording and touring). Ken compared the different Rooster variations to swapping out various brands of preamp tubes.
