Rad Distortion

The Dazatronyx Ratty Fuzz/Distortion pedal delivers a classic sound reminiscent of the '80s and '90s, enhanced with Dazatronyx modifications. It features a two-stage distortion process, first overdriving a metal can 308 amplifier into fuzz, followed by signal compression using hard-clipping silicon diodes. Musically, the pedal offers a range of tones, from a metallic distortion to a fuller, more flattened response. The HAIR control adjusts the mid/high drive saturation, with full clockwise rotation achieving the iconic ratty distortion. Additionally, the optional germanium mode replaces the silicon chip fuzz character with a rounded overdrive-distortion, utilizing germanium transistors and diodes for added tonal versatility.
