Quantum Opto Compressor / Sustainer

The Quantum is an analog compressor and sustainer pedal designed for recording applications. It features a photocell for musical compression, enhancing the fullness and presence of your guitar sound while maintaining clarity. The pedal employs parallel compression to preserve attack and liveliness, adding sustain and body. With a toggle switch, the Quantum can switch to classic serial compression, allowing for additional tonal options. An LED displays the amount of dynamic processing. Additionally, the pedal offers a buffered bypass mode that ensures a stable and clear signal, even over long cables and complex effects chains, with a second LED indicating when this mode is active. The Quantum is versatile enough for use with acoustic guitars and basses.
