We refer to this as our Preamp because it truly embodies that function! The design is inspired by our Chimera 30-watt guitar amplifier, utilizing FET transistors in place of vacuum tubes. The outcome is an incredibly amp-like and adaptable clean boost/overdrive/fuzz pedal that adds lush harmonics and a beautifully musical EQ to your signal chain…it's genuinely a Chimera in a compact form!
