The Red Panda Particle 2 is a granular delay and pitch shifting pedal that utilizes granular synthesis techniques to manipulate your signal in real time. This pedal can produce a wide range of sounds, from pronounced pitch and delay modulation to shimmering repeats, time stretching, stutter effects, and glitch sounds. Particle 2 features an extended delay time of up to 2500 ms and allows for tap tempo control over various parameters like delay time, LFO rate, grain size, and density. With 127 presets stored in a compact design, it offers extensive tonal options. An assignable expression pedal can control multiple knobs, while MIDI connectivity via USB provides access to additional parameters, enhancing its versatility for live performance and studio use.
