Omega-Vibe OV-2
AxiomProduct Description
If you're a fan of the Uni-Vibe, you may have noticed that your choices for vibe pedals are somewhat limited: you can choose from True Uni-Vibe replicas, phaser-based vibes, or digital modelers. The quality of modelers relies on the complexity of their algorithms, which varies and is often debated. While phaser-based vibes tend to be affordable and convenient, they lack the rich, resonant throb that defines a genuine Uni-Vibe and often sound more like phasers than actual vibes. True clones do replicate the classic Uni-Vibe throb well, but they rely on a notoriously inconsistent and sometimes unreliable lamp and driver circuit. Additionally, they cannot operate on a 9V battery, usually need special power adapters, and typically offer control over just a few standard parameters: speed, intensity, and volume.
