Nobelium

The Nobelium is a clean preamp and direct input (D.I.) unit designed for low-noise operation and studio-quality performance. With its wide frequency response, it suits both bass and guitar applications, featuring a switchable high-pass filter to eliminate unwanted low-end rumble. The high input impedance of 10MΩ makes it compatible with both active and passive instruments, including those equipped with piezo pickups. This preamp is powered by a pair of 12AU7 (ECC82) tubes and includes an Unagi Magnetics E4305 D.I. transformer for reliable signal routing. The output source switches on top offer versatile routing options, enabling you to send a preamp signal to a soundboard while maintaining a dry passthrough to an amplifier, or connect multiple outputs for onstage monitoring.
