Utilizing the PT2399 digital delay chip, it maintains a fully analog dry signal while creating eerie, saturated echoes that can range from subtle to intense. Musically, the Mocking Bird produces a range of sounds, from lo-fi crackling delays to lush chorus-like doubling effects. The Tone knob allows you to filter the highs of the repeats, while the Rate and Depth knobs introduce pitch-shifting modulation. The delay times vary from approximately 50ms to 1 second, enabling versatile soundscapes. Its buffered bypass ensures your signal remains clear, with the option for a Tails feature that allows ambient sounds to linger after the pedal is disengaged.
