MKI.5 Tone Bender
British Pedal CompanyProduct Description
Often referred to as the 'legendary fuzz' due to its scarcity, the MKI.5 Tone Bender was created in 1966 and marked the debut of the iconic grey hammerite aluminum casing for Tone Bender pedals. The British Pedal Company MKI.5 Tone Bender from the Vintage Series is an authentic reproduction of this specific model. This MKI.5 features a different circuit from the earlier MKI, utilizing a 2x OC75 transistor setup. During its production, one of these elusive fuzz pedals ended up at Abbey Road Studios, where it was famously photographed in use by George Harrison of The Beatles.
