Michelangelo Overdrive Plus

The Michelangelo by Dophix is a versatile distortion pedal that merges the warmth of valve sound with the precision of pedal effects. Built entirely with JFET transistors, it delivers a dynamic, rich tone reminiscent of tube amplifiers. This pedal features a three-position switch that allows you to select between distortion modes using silicon, germanium, or JFET semiconductors. This flexibility provides a wide range of tones, from subtle boosts and light crunch to full-bodied overdrive and distinct distortion. Additionally, the Michelangelo includes a separate preamplifier and output boost, both of which can be controlled independently and activated via a dedicated “BOOST” footswitch, enhancing its tonal versatility.
