The High Gain Distortion pedal features a dual-drive architecture, delivering a robust distortion effect. The initial stage utilizes a muff-style overdrive circuit with three transistors, providing a rich and textured sound. This is followed by an EQ section that offers adjustable mid and bass frequencies, allowing for significant tonal shaping. The second drive stage incorporates an op-amp design, complete with a dedicated More Drive knob to increase distortion levels. Additionally, the pedal includes a Treble control to manage brightness and reduce any unwanted high-frequency harshness, along with an output Volume knob for flexible output levels.
