Giant Hogweed V4

The Giant Hogweed by Drolo is a distortion pedal that features a primary dirt circuit based on a single op amp, utilizing a design reminiscent of classic RAT pedals. In addition to its distortion capabilities, this pedal offers a secondary octave up/down circuit that can be activated and blended with your dry signal before the gain stage. Each octave has its own volume control, allowing precise adjustment of how much of each octave is mixed in. The Texture control enables you to mis-bias the chip, producing gated sounds and added texture. This unique feature allows for a dynamic range that can clean up the distortion using your guitar's volume control, making it versatile for various positions in your signal chain.
