The ADA GCS-2 is a robust, all-steel guitar cabinet simulator suitable for both live performances and studio recordings. It accurately mimics the natural resonance of a guitar speaker cabinet at high volumes. Positioned between your preamp or effects chain and a mixing console, it removes the requirement for close-mic'ing a cabinet. It offers selectable speaker sizes of 10” or 12”, along with options for vintage or modern speaker characteristics and open-back or sealed cabinet designs. Additionally, a variable microphone placement control enables further tonal adjustments, while its all-analog circuit design ensures high headroom and minimal noise.
