The Fuzz Master by Drunk Beaver is a fuzz pedal that reinterprets the classic Maestro FZ-1S circuit, utilizing NOS TFK BC109C gain transistors and low-noise MPSA18 buffering. It features selectable clipping modes, including 2N2222 transistors, red LED clipping, and NOS Germanium diodes, allowing for a wide range of fuzz textures. Musically, the Fuzz Master delivers rich, harmonically complex fuzz tones that can be tailored to your preference. The Balance control lets you blend the clean signal with the fuzz effect, while the Sustain knob adjusts the gain, and the Volume knob sets the overall output level. Dual footswitches facilitate bypass and mode switching, enhancing versatility for live performance. This pedal runs on 9V DC and is handmade in Poland, designed for those who appreciate classic fuzz tones with modern functionality.
