The Frusrite FrusAxis is a preamp pedal designed to enhance your guitar tone, drawing inspiration from the circuits of the Moogerfooger MF-101 and MF-102. This single-knob unit serves as an active preamp, delivering a clean boost while introducing subtle crunch and brightness to your sound.
Musically, the FrusAxis allows for dynamic tonal shaping, functioning well as an always-on enhancement or as a boost for particular passages. The "Drive" knob controls both output level and saturation, while an internal trimpot lets you fine-tune the gain for varying degrees of saturation. A red LED provides visual feedback by blinking in response to your playing dynamics.
