FatRock

The Amptweaker FatRock is a thicker and darker version of the TightRock, offering versatility as both a distortion effect and a preamp for an amp's effects return or power amp. While it shares the same features as the TightRock, the FatRock has been fine-tuned to enhance the low end of the Tight and Tone controls. It includes a fixed Fat boost at the front end for a smoother attack, reducing harshness while amplifying the low-end in the output EQ. Additionally, the noise gate has been refined for a more seamless operation, making it ideal for solos by complementing the FatRock's subdued highs. A standout feature is the SideTrak effects loop, which deactivates when the pedal is engaged, functioning similarly to a built-in A/B box.
