Custom Fuzz

The Custom Fuzz guitar distortion and sustainer pedal is designed with a four-stage overdriven discrete transistor circuit, similar to the Pete Cornish G-2, enhanced by Germanium components for richer harmonic content. The pedal uses original component values and rare NOS Germanium diodes, making it a limited offering due to dwindling supply. Musically, the Custom Fuzz produces a warm, saturated distortion that enhances sustain and harmonic depth, suitable for various playing styles. It includes a Cornish Buffer Preamp that effectively rejects radio frequency interference and maintains low impedance for longer cable runs in bypass mode. The pedal also features a switch to toggle to True Bypass mode, along with LED footswitch, brightness control, and Volume, Tone, and Sustain knobs for versatile tonal shaping.
