One day, Julien Bitoun reached out to us because his Bitoun Fuzz was malfunctioning! Naturally, we looked into the problem. Upon opening the pedal, we found that all the trimpots were set near 11. This unusual and perplexing adjustment took us by surprise! The sound lacked sustain, resembling a bear's roar, reimagined by a germanium fuzz. We resolved the noise problem and thought it would be intriguing to introduce a new version featuring this unique sound. Now, you can adjust the fuzz knobs, as the bias gently accommodates any noise glitches and refines the overall sound quality. This allows you to max out both knobs while maintaining control over your tone. Given the distinctiveness of the sound, we opted to produce a limited run of this pedal (only 50 units available worldwide), giving our most dedicated fans an exclusive chance to experience it!
