The Special Edition Britsound MKIII by the British Pedal Company draws inspiration from the classic 1968 MKIII Tone Bender fuzz. It is equipped with three gain-matched OC75 transistors and offers controls for Volume, Fuzz, and Treble. This MKIII variant was made around 1968 for several brands, such as the UK string maker Rotosound, Vox Amplification, and Park Amplification. Renowned Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page, who had previously favored the 2-knob Professional MKII Tone Bender, showcased the new 3-knob MKIII style fuzz during 1969, including notable performances at the Royal Albert Hall.
