Bass TightMetal Jr

The Bass TightMetal Jr is the bass variant of Amptweaker's acclaimed TightMetal Jr, featuring a Dry Low MOD control on the side. This enhancement adds a crisp low end to your sound while preserving the foundational tone without introducing any odd phase-shifted artifacts to the distorted highs. Originating from the Pro series, the Tight knobs and Fat switches have been transformed into a 3-way Fat / Normal / Tight switch, allowing you to modify the attack from thick and heavy to sharp and aggressive. An EQ switch provides options for Thrash / Normal / Smooth tone settings, enabling the pedal to accommodate a wide array of applications and fit seamlessly into various setups. Along with the Gain, Tone, and Volume controls, there’s a manually adjustable Noise Gate that allows you to cut off notes sharply. The best part is that the built-in noise gate becomes inactive when the pedal is in bypass mode, ensuring your clean signal remains untouched! The Tight switch and Tone knob are optimized to perform exceptionally well at lower frequencies, making the TightMetal Jr ideal for bass, lower-tuned guitars, as well as 7- or 8-string instruments.
