Bass TightDrive Jr

The TightDrive Jr offers a range from a clean boost to moderate high gain, featuring a noise gate and a Tight attack switch. With the trend of shrinking pedalboards, Amptweaker has responded to requests for more compact versions of our well-loved distortion pedals by introducing the TightDrive Jr. This pedal retains most of the tone-shaping capabilities of its larger counterparts and utilizes the same circuitry, omitting some features that many players find unnecessary to reduce its size and weight. Originating from our Pro series, the Tight control and Fat switches have been reimagined as a 3-position Fat/Normal/Tight switch, allowing you to fine-tune the note attack from thick and heavy to sharp and punchy. An EQ switch offers versatile Plexi/Normal/Smooth tone settings, enabling the pedal to span much of the tonal breadth of its larger Pro-Series siblings. Along with Gain, Tone, and Volume knobs, it also includes a manually adjustable Noise Gate that can be set to cut off notes swiftly. The advantage of the built-in noise gate is that it disengages when the pedal is turned off, preserving your clean tone!
