The Bass TightDrive marks Amptweaker's inaugural bass offering, featuring the acclaimed Tight attack control. This overdrive pedal was inspired by Greg Weeks of The Red Chord, who tested the 'guitar' variant at the NAMM show and was impressed. After some adjustments, this polished Bass version is now available for everyone. It’s ideal for refining your bass amp's sound, whether you want to sharpen the attack or create a rich distortion for aggressive pick-style metal bass lines. Alongside Greg, notable users of the Bass TightDrive include dUg Pinnick from King's X and Sean Frankhouser, bassist for Bugs Henderson.
