The BALROG DISTORTION MKII delivers the searing high-gain intensity of MOUNT DOOM, powered by a set of three RC4558 opamps.
This design aims to combine a high gain preamp with distortion and overdrive capabilities in a single unit.
The updated MKII version encompasses a range from classic overdrive to modern aggressive death, black, and hardcore sounds. It features powerful low frequencies that can be tightened using the "Depth" control, alongside pronounced mids and bright, clear highs.
