The dpFX ALASTOR is a versatile guitar overdrive/distortion pedal designed to emulate tube amp characteristics while maintaining your guitar's original tone. Utilizing three MOSFET transistor stages, it offers a smooth transition from mild overdrive to high-gain distortion.
Musically, the ALASTOR responds dynamically to your playing style, allowing for expressive control over gain levels, even when adjusting through your guitar's volume pot. The pedal also includes BASS and TREBLE knobs, providing a broad spectrum of tonal options suitable for various genres, including garage rock, doom, and thrash metal.
