The JAM Pedals Ripply Fall Bass Edition is a multi-modulation effects pedal, combining analog chorus/vibrato and phaser circuits optimized for bass frequencies. This dual-effects unit features both the WaterFall analog chorus/vibrato and the Ripple 2-stage phaser, with recalibrated modulation that accommodates low-frequency response for bass instruments. The pedal includes individual footswitch controls, as well as a middle footswitch for tripling the WaterFall speed, enabling a wide range of modulation tones. Two expression pedal inputs allow for real-time control of the WaterFall’s depth and speed. The WaterFall section uses BBD (bucket-brigade device) chips and toggle switches for chorus/vibrato selection and effect intensity, while the Ripple section delivers a transparent 2-stage phaser.
