AD-9 Analog Delay
Delay
Listing Description
The Maxon AD-9 Pro Analog Delay is an analog delay effects pedal, designed to deliver up to 450 milliseconds of delay time using four Maxon MC4107D bucket brigade devices. The pedal incorporates an RMS level sensor and a companding noise reduction system to maintain signal transparency and minimize noise. A switchable multi-head tape echo simulator is included, offering multi-tap echo effects such as “ping pong” style repeats and room-style ambient echoes. The AD-9 Pro features both wet and dry stereo outputs, and is equipped with mechanical true bypass switching via a 4PDT switch to preserve signal integrity when not engaged. This analog delay pedal is compatible with a wide range of input signals and functions in either the effects loop or the front input of an amplifier.
**Features:**
- Analog delay pedal with 450ms delay time
- Equipped with four Maxon MC4107D bucket brigade chips
- Multi-head tape echo simulation with switchable multi-tap for “beat-split” effects
- Stereo (wet/dry) outputs for expanded routing options
- True bypass switching on both outputs using a 4PDT switch
- Supports operation in effects loop or front-end of amp
