CSS Preamp

The Clear Solid State Preamp delivers a pristine sound reminiscent of classic Fender designs. Its Tone Stack allows for seamless integration with other pedals, making it suitable for in-line use or connection to a power amplifier. You can utilize it in-line for recording by connecting your guitar or bass and pedal setup through the Cab Sim outputs (available in XLR or ¼″), as a preamp directly into a power amplifier or an amp’s return through the Pre Out output (note that this output does not include speaker simulation), or as a mid-chain buffer with equalization via the Pre Out for more precise tone shaping. Connections include: Pre Out, which transmits only the preamp signal without cab simulation via a ¼″ jack; Cab Out (XLR or ¼″), which includes cab simulation; an LED indicator to show power status; and the On/Off switch, which bypasses only the preamp section.
